Good evening friends.
Sorry for the late start, but better late than never right?
The stream will be between 6-7 hours depending on the quantity of requests.
When you make a request, let me know which block you'd like me to add it to.
Just getting some setup done. We'll be live very soon.
Anyway, how has everyone been doing? Enjoying the new season? Already dropped some kuso-anime? Found any hidden gems?
Today I watched Kono Sekai no Katasumi ni. It's an anime movie during war-time Japan about a cute wife who likes to draw.
Despite involving air-raids and nukes, it's an extremely cute and moving movie. I'll be playing a track from it later.
The waifuists here already know of my sin, my pain, and my journey. They cheer me on every chance they get and I'm grateful.
I've been told that I'm destined to be a man of the earth. My wish is that my journey will lead me to her, but who knows. All I know is that I'm one who fell in love with several girls and am on a journey searching for the one to beat them all. Maybe it's one I've already fallen for. Who knows. Thanks for the concern. I'll be here next week, too.
All the best anon, and sleep snug.
I'll be next Saturday at some time between 2-4PM UTC for the Euros. That's a morning stream for us Americans!
Sleep tight, Piiei! It's been fun!
Get your monocles and top hats ready 'cause we got a big ol' block of Beethoven tonight. Torpedoanon last night gave me a hankering for some piano and violin concertos so this is the result.
We're starting with two jazz albums before moving into our classical block. That'll take us right through to our ending block and be around 4.5 - 5 hours total.
So kick back, grab a drink and tune in with us at https://smuglo.li/stream.m3u
Technical difficulties, please hold.
Hopefully now we should be good.
Good evening, Smithee! Looking forward to the Beethoven, I haven't listened to classical in a while.
What are we all drinking tonight?
I have a nopened beer that I should probably finish off. Hopefully the fridge smells didn't get to it… Also need to restock my liquor cabinet soon.
Which reminds me, time to stock up on plum wine and sake! Next weekend is the Full Moon - perfect for a traditional japanese summer moon viewing party!

I've always missed your streams since I'm not used to them not being advertised on 8ch, but today I remembered. Enjoying it so far.
Good lord, yet more technical problems.
Give me a couple minutes.
This is what happens when the power goes off right before you stream.
Did your internet go poop?
Did a full restart, hopefully mixxx shouldn't be crashing again tonight.
No, mixxx is being a bitch and continually crashing.
Only nips to make latino music a good thing for me.

Do you do /r/'s smithee? If so I'm /r/ing Boccherini's Op. 30 n. 6.
And we crashed, please hold.
Sorry but I don't really do /r/'s. I need to start to one of these days, but today is not it.
I couldn't find a good quality download anyway.
It's cool. Thanks for trying.
YouTube embed. Click thumbnail to play.
Here's a youtube rip via flv2mp3 at 192kbps, not sure if it's good enough. I can't really tell above 128 and my speakers are probably shit
I really enjoyed this in the movie Master and Commander.
Most of the time anons won't notice the difference unless you get a shit-tier youtube rip.
Funny, that was the best I could find myself.
Thankfully I already ripped it, so into the list it has gone.
Master and Commander got me into Boccherini. His music has such a laid-back air to it. It's lovely. Master and Commander also got me into the novels the movie is based on, which are in a league of comfy in their own right.
I had no clue it was based on a novel, let alone a series. Anon, you just made my day!
Anon, this is some good stuff.
Thanks for /r/ing this.
If you like books and history, read it. The attention to detail in the setting and language is amazing. It's about the Napoleonic war, but most of it is a cozy slice-of-life on a British frigate. The occasional combat segments are visceral. My one caveat is that the first hundred pages of reading it my go over your head entirely as you adjust to the language, but eventually everything clicks. There's a fuck load of obscure naval jargon, but the fact that you don't understand it is accounted for.
Also, thanks for playing this smithee.
No problem, this was a really good /r/.
I think I'm going to have to listen to more of Boccherini's work this week.
Also read that book, anon has good taste tonight.
Awesome a comfy stream I needed this after getting butt blasted for 13 hours at work.
>butt blasted for 13 hours at work.
Poor frogfag. That was brutal.
I Feel the Warp Overtaking Me!
Keep strong, frogfat until the birthday of your waifu.
